If you signed a terms and conditions (T&C) document
as part of a design supplied by Saturn Supply Co, or for any other reason, that
document governs your returns options with Saturn Supply Co. The below policy
covers only orders placed without a signed T&C.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
Please call us at 844-420-4100 for an RMA number (Return
Authorization). Please have your invoice date and number available.
Once we have received your product a credit will be issued
to the same form of payment originally used. If you request any newly
ordered items to ship immediately, we will bill you for that order and issue a
credit for returned items once we have received them.
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
We accept returns of resellable, unused items within 30 days
of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order items,
specially priced orders, clearance parts, assembled components, and any
items purchased with a gift card may not be returned for any reason.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Returns after 30-Days may be subject to a restocking fee of
up to 20%, and credit will be issued minus the initial shipping charge. For
return items of 90+ days, please refer to the Defective Products/Warranties
section below. Special order items, specially priced orders, clearance
parts, assembled components, and any items purchased with a gift card may
not be returned for any reason.
FREE SHIPPING ORDERS
If your order shipped via free shipping and you return
enough product to bring the subtotal of that order below the free shipping
threshold, we will deduct the amount we paid to ship your order from your
refund. This policy is in place to prevent abuse by customers placing orders
that qualify for free shipping then returning product to attempt to get free
shipping on orders that otherwise would not qualify. Note that this does not
apply if you return your entire order.
MISSING ITEM(S) IN SHIPMENT
Upon receipt of your order shipment, please inspect the
shipment for correct and complete order fulfillment. If you do not contact Saturn
Supply Co within 7 business days after receipt, we will assume the shipment has
been correctly and completely filled.
If you just received your order, and upon inspection you
found an item(s) missing, please do the following:
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S)
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so
we can fix the issue. If we shipped you the wrong item, we will ship the
correct item at no additional charge to you. We may offer a prepaid return
label for the incorrectly shipped item(s), or we may ask that you keep or dispose
of them. In the case where we ask that the incorrect product be shipped back,
we may ask that you ship it back to us before we ship your replacements, or
that you pay for the replacements first.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please save the box and all packaging
materials and call us as soon as possible at 844-420-4100. We will assist you
in filing a claim and replacing your damaged product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / WARRANTIES
We stand by our commitment to providing you with the highest
quality products. If an item you purchased from Saturn Supply Co is defective,
we want to help fix the problem.
All products purchased from Saturn Supply Co carry full
warranties as set forth by the manufacturer. Any product needing to be replaced
under the manufacturer's warranty should be handled per the instructions given
by Saturn Supply Co representative issuing your RMA number. However, these
