In-stock products: Saturn Supply Co does our best to process and ship all orders placed before 1:30pm Arizona time same-day assuming all items are in stock and there are no issues with the order. We consider orders to be "late" if they are not shipped within two business days of placement, assuming all items are in stock and there are no issues with the order.
Backorders: If any products you ordered are currently short or not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up call or email.
Freight Quotes, Will Calls, Drop Ships and Other Held Orders: Some orders require you to contact us, either to pick up the order (Will Call) or to confirm/pay for shipping costs (Freight Quote). If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of placing the order (Will Call) or contacting you with shipping cost (Freight Quote) we will cancel the order.
Address Issues: We may ask that the billing and shipping address match for the first shipment to a new customer. This decision is made at management's discretion to help prevent shipment fraud. If this decision is made regarding your order, you will be alerted via a phone call and/or email.
Domestic Shipping Methods
All shipments to the contiguous 48 states are via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
At the time of checkout you will be offered different shipping options based on the contents of your shopping cart.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST CONTACT US REGARDING ANY SHORTAGE WITHIN 10 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
International Shipping Methods
We do not normally ship outside the US. Exceptions are rare and can can only be made at the discretion of a Saturn Supply Co employee. In the event that we do make an exception for an international order, the following rules apply:
Shipment to Freight Forwarder in the U.S: This is considered as a shipment within the US. We will provide extra copies of the invoice for customs purposes and any other documentation required. Ownership of the shipment will pass to the customer when it is received by the freight forwarder. Customer billing information and contact information for the freight forwarder are required.
United States Postal Service: Typically, for smaller orders, this is the least expensive way to ship. We send many orders around the world this way, however please be aware that: Insurance may not be available to all locations - In the event that insurance is not available the customer accepts full responsibility for lost or damaged packages. When possible we use a "Return Receipt" with these shipments to prove delivery. In the event that a "Return Receipt" is not allowed, the customer takes possession of ownership when the package is delivered to the U.S. Postal Service. Proof of shipping is provided with a tracking number of the shipment from the U.S. Postal service.
Special Conditions: Some countries impose special restrictions, documents or licenses for imported packages. It is the customers' responsibility to have the necessary documentation to accept the shipment. In the event that a package cannot be accepted and is sent back, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs. If the package will not be re-shipped, we will reimburse the customer for the actual order cost, upon return receipt, but not the freight cost. Please note that Saturn Supply Co is not responsible for duty fees or delays attached to your shipment by US Customs.
Shipping FAQ
How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of your shipment, the zip code we are shipping to, and which level of service you choose (ground, expedited, etc). When you are ready to check out, you may view the shipping options for your cart before any payment information is requested.
What payment methods do you accept? For shipments within the United States, it's Territories and Canada, we accept most major credit cards, checks, or wire transfers. For shipments outside of the United States, its territories and Canada. We accept checks drawn on US banks. We accept wire transfers for payments over $2000 USD.
Can I get Saturday delivery? Saturday delivery isn't available for all services or at all locations. USPS Priority Mail might (their words) deliver on Saturday depending on the type of package. FedEx Home Delivery is an every day service that delivers on Saturday and Sunday. UPS offers Saturday delivery on a number of their services *only* with an additional charge. Saturday delivery is NOT standard on UPS. If you'd like Saturday delivery on a UPS shipment, please contact us at 877-597-1669 so we can assist you, as it's not an option during checkout.
